About

Welcome to YoungMoneyFinance! We’re on a mission to provide modern, relevant and easy to understand financial knowledge to our readers. Our team consist of folks just like you – young professionals trying to navigate through life. We try to manage our finances as best we can – balancing fun with saving for the future.

We’re all about trying to keep it simple and realistic. Many of us are in debt with student loans, credit card debt or car loans. Despite our best efforts, paychecks never seem to go as far as we’d like and fun activities seem to continually creep up. We know we should be saving for retirement and putting money aside for a rainy day but it’s easier said than done.

The lead blogger here is Ben. Ben’s real job keeps him busy in the healthcare world where he currently works to help implement clients onto new software. Ben founded this blog after seeing many of his friends struggle navigating the financial hurdles we all face. In his free time, Ben enjoys travelling with his wonderful wife. In the summer he likes to surf and in the winter, snowboard.

So, how about joining us on this adventure? We’ve been at this for a little over 5 years now and have hundreds of articles for your to peruse, learn and put into action. We also put out a new article about once a week so be sure to keep stopping by.
